Chapter 2a: Davisms, 3/16/17
As you may know, I lost a colleague and friend recently. Dave Bradley was an amazing guy who spent his time at Peacehaven officially as Director of Operations. Unofficially he was the guy who solved problems, fixed stuff, told jokes and parlayed wisdom. He is missed. Here are some of his gems.
I don’t understand all that I know about that.
Creativity is the art of concealing your sources.
I can’t resist the urge to intervene.

Write this on the back of your hand:
Never do anything stupid on purpose.
It will become glaringly apparent to you.
Measure with a micrometer, cut with an ax.
It’s not the same around the farm without Dave, but I guess we will somehow adjust. I’m grateful to have had him as a friend for these last 4 years. I don’t know if I will ever be legendary, but I’m willing to try.
Footnote: Thanks to friend and colleague Rachael S-B for making this beautiful art from Dave’s words.
